Candice Jones

Born and raised in Southeast Michigan, Candice realized a change was needed and decided to move to Chicago to complete her BA. Currently, she is a student at Westwood College, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Marketing.

At the young age of 19, she quickly realized her passion and creative has lead her to a career in real estate and video editing. She has over 5 years of real estate and marketing experience.

She has had the pleasure to work alongside Doug Van Slembrouck for the past two years, which as helped her understand her passion for video shooting and editing. She has had the experience of working with boutique real estate companies and larger franchises.

Her valuable experience in real estate and marketing enables her to help build and expand the RedPawn Internet Services business clientele.

Doug Van Slembrouck

Red Pawn was founded in 2007 by Doug Van Slembrouck as an creative outlet and quickly evolved into a consultancy devoted to helping business owners efffectively utilize the web to promote their companies.

Over the past ten years, Doug has gained valuable software design and development experience while at several small start ups as well as larger corporations.

His ability to communicate effectively from everyone from shop floor line workers to CEO's has given him a world of perspective crucial to understanding messages and being able to productively describe them. Doug's passion lies in elegant design, helpful communication, and positive motivation for business teams.

He has a BS in Management Information Systems and Applied Technology from Oakland University and has worked as a consultant for Comerica Bank, Beaumont Hospitals, and Eaton, as well as an adjunct instructor at Rochester College and Oakland University.
